Houses aren’t just commercial projects with smaller footprints, they are your personal living spaces. Every connection we make affects your daily routine, from the lamp you read by to the heater running in your kid’s room at 3 a.m.

We do residential electrical the way we’d want it done in our own homes:

Clean Routing: Straight, organized lines behind the scenes, even where no one can see them.

Impeccable Labeling: Panels that actually make sense, saving you frustration down the road.

Thorough Cleanup: A meticulous sweep of the workspace so your home is left exactly how we found it, followed by a final walkthrough.

What homeowners usually ask first.

By law in Alberta, yes. Under the provincial Safety Codes Act, an electrical permit is legally required for installing, altering, or adding to any electrical system. The only exception is swapping an existing light fixture or device like-for-like

The actual panel swap is usually completed in a single day. However, securing the necessary permits and scheduling the utility company to disconnect and reconnect the power typically takes one to two weeks of lead time. We handle all of that behind-the-scenes coordination for you and give you a concrete outage window well in advance—so you can plan your fridge and your day around it

Yes, absolutely. If you want to handle the digging yourself to save on labor, you can. However, it has to be dug to specific depth and safety codes for underground electrical lines

Most of our renovation work runs through GCs. We integrate into the trade schedule, hit rough-in on time, and return for finish without drama. If you're a homeowner-as-GC, we can do that too, we'll just be a little more hand-holdy on the sequencing.

Two years on our installation labour, on top of whatever manufacturer warranty the hardware carries. If something we installed stops working for a reason that's on us, we come back and make it right.
